Shapira Neighborhood Urban Plan (Tel-Aviv)

2012 - 2013

Collaborative project with Prof. Arch. Ayala Ronel, for Tel Aviv municipality.

The project included research, integration amongst the local residents, entrepreneurs and the municipality. Preparation of alternative plans, generating new urban clusters and types, investigation of legal basis of the current situation and our future plans and the development of a financial plan and urban design.

Team member in the following projects: Caesarea city Urban Master Plan, Master Plan for Sustainable Development for Raanana city, Strategic & Urban Design Plan for Bat–Yam city, projects and consulting the Israel Ministry of Agriculture. The role included research, integration amongst the local residents, entrepreneurs and the municipality, investigation of legal documents, presentations and urban design.

Survey of preservation for Rishon-Lezion municipality. The project included historical research, urban scan, searching, finding and marking historic buildings for preservation, writing reports.
